Our Family photo area is looking great.  Please continue sending in your  family photos for!  If you email a photo to me, I will print it for you! 

This week, we created an age collage.  We practiced counting to our age using 1:1 correspondence over and over to gather collage materials.  Once we gathered our materials, we glued to make a beautiful piece of art.  Students that are 3 glued 3 of each material on the paper.  Students that are 4 glued 4 of each material to the paper.  Students that are 5 glued 5 of each materials to their paper.

 

We had the dates for spirit week wrong.  I have now changed them on the original post, but here are the revised dates:

September 19-23 - Spirit Week

September 19: PJ Day
September 20: Favorite Sport's Team Day
September 21: Super Hero / Princess Day
September 22: Hat Day
September 23: 80's Day 

Important Dates:

September 5 - Labor Day: No School

September 8 & 9 - Picture Day: Your child will get their picture taken on 9/8 if your child attends school M-F and your last name begins with A-M or if your child attends school only on TTh.  Your child will get their picture taken on 9/9 if your child attends school M-F and your last name begins with N-Z or if your child attends school only on MWF.  The picture forms will be in your child's folder this week.  I wrote the day your child will get their picture taken near the bottom of the envelope.  Let me know if you have any questions!  Picture Make-Up Day will be on November 3rd.
